Spider Web Earrings

These earrings are made with a real spider webs in them! How cool is that?! These webs are from an orb weaver spider, family Araneidae. Webs are carefully collected at the end of the season when they have been abondoned by their spider owner (most wild spiders only live one year). These pieces of jewelry make unique gifts and are great conversation pieces.
Each pendant is unique and I try to use all parts of the spider web collected so nothing is wasted from this spider's amazing creation.
**Please Note: These earrings contain metal and glass. As such they are somewhat heavy.**
No spiders were harmed to make these necklaces.
