This keyring is made with a real scorpion in it! This is the Chinese Golden Scorpion, Oliverius martensii. The Chinese Golden Scorpion is a common scorpion in China and other parts of Asia where it is frequently used for medicine, food, and artwork. These pieces make unique gifts and are great conversation pieces. And as a bonus - they glow in the dark!
These scorpions were sustainably farmed (they live out their natural lives tended by humans, then their bodies are collected and reurposed). If you choose, you can give these scorpions a new home and new purpose.
No scorpions were harmed to make these keyrings.
