When will my jewelry get here?
Most of jewelry ships out the next business day after I receive the order. That usually gives me the evening and possibly part of the morning to make the item and package it before our postal carrier picks things up. Occasionally, during peak holiday rushes or when I'm at a show it might take two days to make something before I get it shipped. Resin pieces often take slightly longer (the resin needs to cure). Completely custom works designed just for you vary by what’s involved in the project.
Currently I ship everything via USPS because it’s generally the cheapest and easiest. Standard first class mail usually arrives 5-7 days after I ship it for US addresses. For Canadian addresses it usually takes about 14-20 days to arrive after I ship it. Please check the USPS website further information on shipping duration (I added a few more days on to their estimates since I think they really underestimate shipping time). All shipments come with a tracking number so you can check where your package is at all times.
What if my jewelry breaks or arrives damaged?
All my jewelry is guaranteed. If your jewelry arrives damaged for any reason I will either send you a free replacement or pay to ship it back for repairs.
If your jewelry breaks sometime in the future (wears out from loving use, dog jumped on you and caught the chain, jewelry box got knocked off the table, etc.) I’ll fix that too. Just ship the broken item to me and I’ll ship it back once its fixed (you just pay shipping). Please send me an email first so I know to expect it in the mail though :) EarthenGypsyDesigns@gmail.com
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to request a return. I want all my customers to be completely happy with their jewelry. If there is something wrong with the jewelry caused by me, I will cover all shipping costs and provide a 100% refund.
If you decide for any reason the jewelry is just not what you wanted (clashes with your hair, dog gave you a strange look when you wore it, etc.), that’s ok too. You pay to ship it back and I’ll refund the rest.
In either case, please contact me first: EarthenGypsyDesigns@gmail.com so I know it is coming and to make sure you have the correct shipping address. And any other details that may need to be discussed.
Can I customize it?
Yes! Most of my jewelry is made to order, which is why there are dropdown options for things like color, length, or material on most items. If there is a modification you would like, but it's not listed on the page just send me an email EarthenGypsyDesigns@gmail.com.

How does the Pickup option work?
- Pickup in South Lyon: If you live in the southern Michigan area and would like to pickup an item in South Lyon and save the shipping - please email me: EarthenGypsyDesigns@gmail.com
I will give you my address and we can arrange a pickup time that works for us both. I work out of my home, which is why my address is not publicly posted. Or we can meet at the coffee shop down the street if safety is a concern.
- Want to pay cash when you pick up instead of over the internet? Wonderful! That saves me processing fees :) Just enter the code "CASHPICKUP" in the promo code box at check out and it should zero out your purchase (combined with the pickup option). I also have Vemno and CashApp available if you prefer instead of physical cash.
- ** NOTE ** This code ONLY works if you are using the PICKUP option and have contacted me. I WILL NOT SHIP things to you if you enter this code.
- Items will be held for 24 hours to give you a chance to contact me to arrange pickup. If I have not heard from you 24 hours after the order was placed I will put your items back in inventory so someone else can buy them.

Who makes my jewelry?
I do! There are a few curated items available that are made by others, but almost everything is of my own making. At the moment it is just me who does the designing, making, imaging, shipping, and everything else in my tiny business. Occasionally I’ll rope a friend or family member in to help me with a booth at a fair or show, but everything else is just me… Until this business makes enough to pay the bills – then I’ll happily hire some help and update this section :)
All the wirework, resin, beadwork, construction, chainmaille, 3d prints, and laser work are twisted, poured, connected, and cut by me when I'm not working at my fulltime job. I'm not set up to pour metal or cut stones, so the individual components in many of my pieces may be poured or cut elsewhere, but I'm the one that turns the rocks, charms, or whatever else, into actual jewelry you can wear :)
What if the item I want is out of stock?
Please use the "Notify me when product is back in stock" button to get an email notification. This does two things. One, it notifies me that someone would like more of something made, and two, puts you on a list to be notified when it is back in stock. Make sure you put me on your safe senders list! Frequently the stock email notifications go to junk mail and are missed. There is no way for me to know if you received the notification and no longer want something, or if the email was lost to the void of the spam filter.
While I can't guarantee more of the item you want will be created (many things are one of a kind), there are a lot of things that I can make more of - if I know someone wants it. Or I can make something very similar if the original item can't be recreated.
